My Summer Beauty Essentials
1. Yummy Body Splash
2. Neon Nail Polish
3. Bright Lip Colors

Lip products have high standards to live up to in the summer: beautiful, bright, AND moisturizing. SPF is always a plus as well! The Color Whisper and Baby Lips lines by Maybelline are my favorites at the moment :) From left to right here are the color names...Baby lips: Pink Wink, Quenched, Pink Punch; Color Whisper: Pin-up Peach, Rose of Attraction, Petal Rebel.
4. Waterproof Mascara
Mascara's worst nightmare is warm weather. No one wants to sweat their makeup off, or look like a raccoon after swimming. I prefer normal mascara any other time of the year, but waterproof mascara is a necessity for the heat. This one is Maybelline the Falsies Volume Express.

5. Peachy/Rosy Blush
When it comes to blush, colors with peach and rose tones look the most natural. Ideally, for a dewy, summer look, a cream blush or cheek stain would be perfect. However, I love the color of this NYX Blush in "Summer Peach" too much!! It is a light rosy pink with a hint of golden shimmer. Because of the shimmer, I don't bother to use highlighter.
6. Holy Grail Bronzer
I almost never apply bronzer in the fall/winter, but once I start to tan I like to warm up my skin a bit more. This bronzer fulfills all my expectations! It's the NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in "Sunny", and you can get it at almost any drugstore for less than $3!! It's a lighter color and does not look muddy on the skin at all when applied with an Elf Bronzer Brush.
7. Matte Powder
This is a fantastic product year-round, but it is especially wonderful for warm weather. This powder conquers my oily forehead and keeps me super matte for most of the day. It's the L'Oreal True Match Super Blendable Powder in "Sand Beige".
8. BB Cream
No one wants clogged pores and a thick face from a full coverage foundation when it's hot. That's a perfect formula for breakouts! BB cream feels light on the skin, has SPF, and (if you find the right one) has pretty good coverage for redness/discoloration/etc. This makeup makes your life easier because you don't have to apply sunscreen first. I haven't tried any other BB creams because once I bought this one, I stopped looking! It works very well! It is the Revlon Photo Ready BB Cream Skin Perfector in the color "Light/Medium".
9. It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product Plus Keratin
This is a product I like to use after the shower or the pool, because it untangles even the worst knots. I spray it four times in my hand then apply it throughout the ends of my hair and brush my hair with a wide-tooth comb. It also does a bunch of other jobs, like protect hair from heat, seal split ends, and eight more! Personally, I think the version with keratin smells better than the original.
10. After-Sun Lotion
If I lived in Antarctica, I might have still purchased this product for its scent alone. I apply it after being in the sun all day, when my skin is feeling dry and tired. I have not tried it on sunburn. It refreshes my skin and leaves it smelling like a yummy summer drink. It is the Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration After Sun Lotion in "Coconut Papaya".
I hope you enjoyed these suggestions! Comment if you guys would like to see my summer fashion essentials. :)

Concealer Guide
Concealers come in many shapes and sizes-- all with a different coverage, texture and price. I have three concealers that I turn to the most, and I thought I would write a bit about each of them.
I bought this concealer from Target a few months ago, when I was looking for something cheap to cover blemishes. The tan side is for covering any imperfections on the face, but the other side is something else. The yellow tube is made for correcting any blue areas on the face, such as tired bags under the eyes. However, the formula was almost too watery for it to hold true, so I avoid that half altogether. I have also tried the green version that is supposed to reduce redness, and did not see any success there either. On the other hand, the normal concealer is fantastic for blemishes, scars, and redness. It is not as thick as the Erase Paste, and blends easily. I apply it with the wand, blend with my ring finger, and follow up with powder. It is $7.99 at Ulta.
This balm concealer lives in my purse. But, the writing has completely rubbed off and the silver has cracked, so that says something about the packaging. It is super easy to apply on the go because the stick makes it simple to swipe and blend with a delicate ring finger. I mostly carry it as a touch-up throughout the day when my makeup starts to wear off. I use the color "Light" but sometimes I think it may be too dark, or even a bit orange, for my skin tone. It is $9.99 at Ulta.

1. "Erase Paste" by Benefit
I purchased this product a few years ago in the shade "medium". Sometimes I regret choosing that color because for an under-eye concealer it is not as brightening as I would like (As for pimples, it is perfect!). However, the coverage from this is GREAT, and it has never creased on me. I usually apply it with my ring finger by giving one half-moon swipe under the eye. Then, I blend it by patting with the same finger until there are no harsh edges. I finish off by dabbing along with my Super Blender Sponge from Ulta. After adding a setting powder, this concealer pretty much lasts all day. It is $26.00 at Ulta.
